2. Terms and Conditions

1. PRICES 1.1 The published rate corresponds to the value per night per room, including breakfast. Extra beds have an additional cost and must be requested prior to the arrival of the guest.1.2 The accommodation rate includes all applicable taxes according to Colombian regulations.1.3. The rate includes WIFI Internet connection in the rooms that have the service.1.4 The rate does NOT include laundry service, minibar consumption, national and international telephone calls, Other services not specified and specifically described in the rate.2. RECEPTION 2.1 The reception service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you have a reservation and your arrival time is outside this range, you must communicate it to [email protected] with a minimum of 24 hours to coordinate the delivery of your room. 2.2 Check-in is from 3:00 a.m. pm, check-out is until 12:00 pm. Late check out can only be made according to availability. If you do not check-out after 12:00 pm and if there is no prior communication with reception communicating any eventuality that prevents you from doing said check-out, the value of the next night will be charged to your invoice as a penalty. 3. CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS 3.1 For security reasons regarding the hotel facilities, the accommodation of children under 12 years of age is not allowed. 3.2 All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult who by legal means can guarantee their relationship with the minor, in case of being a third party, they must present a letter signed by both parents of the minor authorizing their accompaniment, if one of the parents is absent must attach a supporting document. 3.3 In strict compliance with article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, and Law 1336 of 2009 on the prevention of exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism of minors, AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa rejects and report any suspicious behavior in this area. 4. PETS 4.1 For strictly operational reasons, the entry of pets is not allowed.5. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS 5.1 All reservations will remain pending confirmation until the payment of 50% of the deposit is validated. Payment processing is done at least 3 days prior to the check-in date except in cases of reservations with promotional rates which are processed immediately. 5.2 For all reservations, regardless of the means of payment, it will be necessary to present a credit card at the time of check-in as a guarantee. 5.3 AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before your arrival.6. CANCELLATION POLICY 6.1 You can cancel up to 25 days prior to your arrival date without charge (does not apply to promotional rates); If you cancel up to 24 days before your arrival, the value of the first night will be charged. 6.2 In case you require a cancellation due to force majeure, please contact us at [email protected], sending the pertinent supports, we will do our best to solve your case.6.3 In case of no-show on the date of your reservation, 100% of the amount will be charged.6.4 In case of requiring an early departure, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged, unless the departure corresponds to a case of force majeure which must be supported and 50% of the total outstanding amount of the reservation will be charged. With the payment of the indicated rates, the user accepts and understands the rights granted by the Consumer Statute, regarding the right of withdrawal and the terms and conditions that apply. 7. PRIVACY POLICY 7.1 In compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, we inform you that AMANATU S.A.S. (hereinafter the "AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa") has information on natural persons in various databases which are acquired in the development of its corporate purpose and in the execution of its economic activity, acting as the Responsible and/or Processor. of the personal data found in their databases. Consequently, AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa collects, stores, uses, transmits, transfers and deletes personal data of natural persons with whom it has some kind of relationship, whatever its nature (civil, commercial and/or work); including, but not limited to, guests, customers, suppliers, contractors, workers, creditors, and debtors. Said personal data is used for the following purposes: contacting the Holders, offering them services and products, and campaigns of AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa, inform them about activities to be carried out by AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa, send communications, as well as advance future updates of the same, and other activities that are necessary in the normal development of our corporate purpose as well as for the purposes determined in the Privacy Policy and Treatment of Personal Data. We inform you that the detail of the Policy, Privacy Notice and Treatment of Personal Data is expanded in the document.PRIVACY POLICY MANUAL AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING that you can consult on our website. AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa reserves the right to change, modify, complement and/or alter the conditions of this Privacy Notice, as well as the Policy at any time, in which case it will be made known to you through any of the means established by the legislation on the matter. ACCEPTANCE 8.1. THE CLIENT declares to accept these general contracting conditions and said acceptance is ratified by means of one or any of the following acts: a) The payment of the contracted services before the start of the provision of the services; b) The payment required as Guarantee for the initiation of the provision of the Services c) The acceptance of the invoice for the services contracted directly by THE CLIENT or by any person dependent on him or related to him directly or indirectly; d) Through the use of any portion of the contracted services.9. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY 9.1 AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the services made available to the user, therefore it excludes any liability for damages and/or losses that may be due to lack of availability or continuity of its web page and of the services that are offered by this means, however, all efforts will be made to the extent possible to provide technical assistance to the affected user, as well as to try to restore the interruption as soon as possible or offering an alternative medium. 9.2 AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa is not obliged to control and does not control in advance the absence of viruses or elements in the contents that may cause alterations in the software or hardware of users who visit the website and our accounts on social networks, for which will NOT be liable for damages or losses of any nature that may derive from them. 9.3 If AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa, despite acting with due foresight and diligence, cannot provide the rooms contracted for reasons that are not attributable to them and if there is an impossibility to provide them under the agreed conditions, AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa will offer the client the possibility of operating for the total refund of what was canceled in the reservation or for its substitution by another similar room in terms of category and quality. If the replacement service results in a lower category or quality, AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa must reimburse the difference.10. MISCELLANEOUS 10.1 Loss of keys. In the event of loss of room access keys, a penalty of $30,000 COP will be charged for each one.10.2 Penalty for smoking in closed areas: Smoking is prohibited in all closed areas of the hotel, including the room. Failure to comply with this policy generates a penalty of $300,000 COP that will be charged to your lodging invoice. 10.3 Reasonable use of the sound equipment: the use of the sound equipment must be done with a moderate volume without interrupting the tranquility of other guests, it is prohibited its use from 11pm. Failure to comply with this clause may lead to the immediate expulsion of the guest from the establishment without the right to reimbursement or claim. 10.4 The parking service is free in the hotel facilities, you must use the designated parking areas. 10.5. AMANATU Ecolodge & Spa is not responsible for valuables that have not been declared at the time of check-in and that are in permanent custody of the Hotel throughout the stay. 10.6. In the event of any problem or claim, we have a procedure for handling Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Requests; where it is specified that before any PQRS expressed verbally to the personnel assigned for this function or through a communication, treatment and response will be given. The response times are those provided for in Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) and Decree 1074 of 2015, must be provided within 15 business days of receipt of the claim, preferably in writing and specifying the reasons why it is decided in that sense.

FOR SIKO: The establishment houses several trails that run through the property, they are not yet fully marked but they are completely safe to walk. The concierge will be the person in charge of receiving all the requirements of your stay (services, food & beverages, experiences). This service will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The glamping is elevated 6 meters above the ground in a 69-year-old tree, you will be sharing the habitat with a number of animal and insect species. We cannot guarantee to isolate glamping guests from the fauna and flora of the guadual. We hope you enjoy one of the most special accommodation experiences; a communion and real interaction with the fauna and flora of the guadua forest. The food service is contracted with restaurants in the region, so that the food is brought by a local delivery service and has an additional cost of $17,500 COP (Seventeen thousand five hundred Colombian pesos.) for each order placed.

The jacuzzi ( hydrojets and heating) are activated for periods of 1 hour. The Jacuzzi hydrojet service is activated for periods of 1 hour from 9 am to 10 pm; The heating service is turned on at night from 6 pm to 10 pm for periods of 1 hour.
